Answer: Once we receive your payment for the ebook, an email containing all the information on how to download the ebook you purchased will be sent to your PayPal email address.

Question: What do I need in order to view an ebook?
Answer: You’ll need a computer program to unzip most ebook files. You can download a program such as Winzip here. You’ll also need Adobe Acrobat Reader to open ebooks that are in PDF format. You can download it here.

Question: I have sent my payment using PayPal but I have not yet received any email regarding the ebook.
Answer: If you have sent your payment via PayPal, your ebook will be delivered within minutes after you make your payment! Once in a blue moon we may experience system downtime and it may take up to 24 hours to deliver, but such instances are very rare. If you have waited past 24 hours and have still not received your ebook, then follow these steps:
1. Make sure that you check the PayPal email account that you used to pay. It is ONLY sent to the PayPal email address that you used to pay for the ebook. If you need us to send to any other email address, please send us an email and we will re-send the ebook as soon as possible.
2. Make sure that your PayPal email account does not have any junk or spam filters that may be blocking incoming emails from unknown senders.
3. Make sure you check your email junk folder. Your email client may have forwarded the email containing your ebook to your email junk or spam folder without your knowledge.
4. Make sure you check your email trash can for recently deleted emails. It may be possible that you may have deleted the email containing your ebook by accident, so take a look over the emails that you’ve just recently deleted.

If you have done all of the above and are still not able to locate your ebook, please drop us an email at info@ebooksgala.com and we will email your ebook to you again as soon as we get your message. However, please make absolutely sure that your email contact information is up-to-date, correct, and your email client does not filter emails from unknown senders.

Instructions for Downloading:
Click on any download link with your RIGHT mouse button and you will see a menu like the one to the right open up.In Internet Explorer Choose “Save Target As…” and download the file to your desktop (in Netscape you choose “Save Link As..”).

Once you select the “save target as” or “save link as” entry, a download screen will appear asking you where you want to save the file to on your computer.

You should save the files to your “Desktop” or another folder you can easily find.

Once you have downloaded the file, go to your desktop or the file you saved it to and double click the file to open it.
